Exceptional Service From Start to Finish

Wire to Wire provides a seamless experience for all of our clients

First, we’ll review the job site to create a list of all products needed for your project. From this, we will create a detailed proposal showing all necessary components for the job. We’ll even create CAD/Visio drawings to show you what your server rooms and racks will look like when completed.
 Design and Installation
We specialize in quality installations of complex cable systems. This includes fiber optic systems, shielded and unshielded twisted-pair, baseband and broadband coaxial cable. We pride ourselves on the efficiency and professionalism shown in our installations. We pledge to provide a clean worksite with minimal clutter and daily cleanup of the site.
 Testing, Documentation and Certification
Upon completion of the project, we’ll test each outlet and patch panel to ensure each drop is properly connected and active. We use Fluke testers to test the cable length, propagation delay, near-end crosstalk, equal level far-end crosstalk, attenuation, return loss and more. We’ll also provide you with a labeled CD with all of your as-built documentation and test results.
 Final Walkthrough
After the project has been completed, we’ll walk the site with you to ensure all aspects of the project were completed to your specifications. We offer a two-year warranty on our installation, and our vendors provide a 25-year warranty on their products. See individual vendors for specific warranty information.
 Recycling
Upon completion of the project and after your final walkthrough, we’ll recycle all of the excess cables and materials. We strive to be an environmentally friendly company and are committed to doing our part to make sure your project is not only perfect in its execution but is environmentally responsible too.

The product is performing as I had hoped and the design that they recommended for my racks is amazing.
